Overview

Discover some of Lebanon’s most ancient religious sites during a Beit ed-Dine and Deir al-Qamar Half-day Trip from Beirut!

With your Beit ed-Dine and Deir al-Qamar Half-day Trip from Beirut tickets, you’ll explore palaces and various houses of God dating back to the Eastern Roman Empire! Start out at Beit ed-Dine and wander around the opulent Beiteddine Palace. Encounter lavish Turkish baths, brilliantly colored mosaics, intriguing harem suites, and over-the-top decorations. Experiencing what life might be like in a palace from the 1800’s is one of the most popular things to do in Beirut!

After a short ride to Deir al-Qamar, you’ll hop out of our comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle and find out why this medieval town is called the “Monastery of the Moon”! Several centuries-old religious sites rest within Deir al-Qamar, including the 15th-century Our Lady of the Hill Church, which was constructed on top of a Roman Temple of the Moon and Venus. Then, stop by Fakhreddine Palace, the Fakhreddine Mosque, Deir al-Qamar Souk, and other Lebanon attractions. If you’re a student of history, then taking this tour is what to do in Beirut!
