We were very happy with the booked tour. Pick up was right on time and he took us to the meeting point where all got into a bus. The tour guide was very entertaining; on the way to the zoo he was telling us interesting things about Singapore and the zoo. Time in the zoo was ok, could have been just a little longer but we also had the option to catch a cab back at our own expense. On the way back the tour guide gave some shopping tips for the people who wanted to Orchard Rd for shopping. All in all a nice tour and well worth the money!
great bus tours, jump on and off when you wish, spend a bit of time at each bus stop though even after everyone has got off or on so allow yourself time to get around which one you want to go on. Bus was clean and tidy. Make sure you know what tour you are going on as the bus stop we got on at catered for 2 or 3, we had to hop off as the bus went on to the orange route.
We booked the "Caves and Dolphin Spotting Cruise" through the Isango website. Isango was quick to provide a voucher confirming our trip, and provide us with the name of our tour operator (Dream Wave) and their direct contact information. The voucher also instructs you to call the tour operator within 24 hours of the tour. This is very important, as our tour was changed to 1-3pm, despite our voucher stating 12-2pm. The first half of the tour was amazing. We wanted an opportunity to see and photograph the many isolated beaches, rock formations and numerous caves along the coast, and we were not disappointed. Just beautiful! (Our tour did not stop to swim.) The second half of the tour was the dolphin watching. Sadly, we did not see any dolphins because the water was quite rough, but the boat ride alone was a lot of fun as we bounced over the big waves on the open water. Warning: you will get wet and your camera may get wet (particularly in the second half of the tour on the open water).
