Our tips for Taormina

Is Taormina worth it? Very much so, Taormina is a beautiful mediaeval town with lovely gardens and beaches and fantastic sea views. Visit in the morning or evening, and you’ll soon see why. Visit Isola Bella Just south of the town, you’ll find Isola Bella, and it’s a nature reserve and a little further south a bay and popular seaside resort Giardini Naxos. Well worth checking out.

Good to know

There are two distinct seasons to visit Taormina. April to June and September to October. This is when the climate is at its most favourable, and you’re visiting before the crowds build up!
