generally the tour was good, the illumination tour was not really illumination because it was still a daylight at 9 pm.

We have visited the Benidorm Palace on a number of occasions and we have always enjoyed the show and the meal. We think the present show is is the best to date. The evening was a total success and we look forward to our next visit. The whole evening was brilliant value for the money. A friendly, polite and quite knowledgable guide was a great asset ti the travel agency as well as a great companion to us. We were all taken by surprise at the end of the tour when the skies opened its doors the the sudden flood like rain as well as hail came over the city. Thanks to the great organisation skills of thge train staff as well as our guide, our trip back to Munich went simply great under such circumstances. Our guided tour during our recent visit to Venice of the Doges Palace and St. Marks Basilica was fantastic. Our guide spoke excellent English and gave a wonderful insight to both areas. After our tours of these two facilities, we had an option to take a water taxi to the island of Murano to visit the glass factory. This was a wonderful experience and I would recommend to everyone. I had read that once you arrived at the factory, a heavy sales pitch followed to pressure you to purchase glass items. This was not the case and my wife and I had a wonder time during the 2 hour water taxi ride and tour of the glass factory.
