We had only 2 days in Paris so this was a brilliant way to see as much as possible in a short space of time. Also weather was cold and wet so we were able to enjoy the sites from the warmth of the bus if we wanted to.

Hi, I really enjoyed my tour but my one gripe was we were told to be there for 6.45, we were but we didn't leave until 7.45 - an hour hanging around doing nothing. When we got on the bus we were given a voucher for the boat cruise which we hadn't booked for and as a result we would be going to the 11.15pm showing of Moulin Rouge, instead of the 9pm showing which I had booked. I was a bit put out as this now meant that we would be home much later than intended and I was annoyed as we got very little sleep that night as we were up early the following morning. I had been in the meeting place twice previously before going on the trip and was not once told of the change of plans. I know it does say that if the 9pm show is cancelled, then the boat tour is offered but the 9pm show in this incident was not cancelled as we met everyone leaving when we arrived. I feel that it is just another way of selling the tour to more people as we met people who had booked a tour just for the illuminations & boat, no moulin rouge. I as disappointed with this.

A superb trip in every respect. The organisation was excellent with very enthusiastic and considerate staff. We coped well with the jeep ride even though we are bus pass holders! This means of travel enabled us to visit parts of Gozo which would not have been accessible by coach or minibus. Our driver had lived in Gozo all of his life, so we learned a great deal about the Island and it's inhabitants. Our lunch was a home cooked meal in convivial surroundings. We had crossed from Malta to Gozo by the normal ferry route but learned on the tour that we would return on a speedboat. This, in itself, was a great experience with the bonus of sailing, at sunset, close to the fabulous coastline with it's caves and rock formations. Would love to go again!!

Arriving in Paris or any big City is quite a task I would sugest to anyone to book Hop on and Hop off bus Tours as this gives you an advantage an ability to see the best of what is on offer, you can stop when you like and resume when you like a well recomended and would use again..Heather

Booked the whole day-this is the best way to see what you want to. Unfortunately, our satnav stopped working at one point, so we got lost & inadvertantly ended up on the motorway, where we were stopped by the police, & had to follow them to the police station where we were fined 45 euros-do not bother trying to negotiate with the police! We were told that the fuel would last us all day-this wasn't the case & we ran out of fuel & broke down in traffic, so the experience was a bit tainted. However, due to our disappointment, the nice lady offered us another day for free, which we decided to take & it went smoothly-ie. the sat nav worked & we didn't end up on the motorway! Just be aware if you go up any steep hills, you may have to get out and push, but overall, a great way to see Barcelona!
