Great time had by my young grandson...Busy on the weekend but he was still able to participate in activities without long delays. Tour East run great tours and the service is wonderful.

The Golden Circle Tour is an excellent way of seeing some of the wild Icelandic landscape with relative speed and ease. (Our tour ran at about eight hours.) In this time we stopped to see the Gullfoss waterfalls, the group of geysers and the Geyser Museum, and the Thingvellir National Park (where the first Icelandic Parliament was founded, and where the North American and Eurasian plates collide.) All the while you get to see the amazing view of mountains, lava fields and volcanoes from the comfort of a warm coach! Our tour guide was fluent in English and very informative, not only about the stops along the way but general Icelandic culture. Our highlight had to be her wonderful anecdote about the Hidden People of Iceland! Whilst you don't spend much more than an hour in each place (the schedule is tight) this is a great introduction if, like us, you only have a handful of days in the country, and most probably will be spending most of your time in Reykjavic.

The trip was great! The pick up from the hotel was timely, very friendly driver. Really enjoyed the ride in the desert. The camp was well organised and all the activities were fun (riding a camel, food, belly and male dancers, henna painting) Definitely something everyone who goes to Dubai has to do!
