TooTBus: Paris Open-Top Bus Tour
We boarded the bus on the first morning directly opposite our hotel (Ibis Sacre Coeur) It was 40 minutes late according to the timetable provided, but the driver was extremely efficient and quickly issued our 4 X 2 day tickets in exchange for the voucher which I printed off from the web site. We managed to get seats upstairs and enjoyed the recorded commentary. We changed tours at Madeline and quickly realised that upstairs seats were in great demand. We did get the seats we wanted and the next route took us to all the main tourist areas. Unfortunately it being Easter weekend all of the tourist sites were extremely busy, and the queues were horrendous. Compared to the prices of almost everything in Paris i.e. 8.20 euros for 50cl beer and 14.50 euros for a burger without chips we found the L'Open Bus to be excellent value for money. We would not visit Paris again at Easter because of the crowds, and we would think twice about going again anyway because of the very high cost of food and drinks in Paris.

Skip the Line Alhambra Guided Tour
What started as another way to get into the Alhambra (regular tickets sold out for our preferred days) turned into a great tour which made al these beautiful places come to life. We have no regrets spending the additional money and reckon it is definitely worth it. Of course, depending on your tourguide which is all you get. Ours was great but we've seen/heard a few that were not so great.
