Ferry lines are longest during the summer months, peaking on the weekend. Avoid lengthy lines and take your tour in the off-season during the week.
You cannot miss Lady Liberty, although she’s not exactly easy to get to. The best way to reach her is by ferry, but the lines are notoriously long. Departing from Battery Park in Manhattan, ferry services run throughout the day, although we highly recommend booking your tickets well in advance.
The Statue of Liberty is about 151 feet from the base to the torch.
The Statue of Liberty is located on the 12-acre Liberty Island in New York Harbour.
A tour of the Statue of Liberty takes approximately 4 hours.
