Alanya City Tour: Bus Tour, Guide, Lunch at Dim Cay River

Pick up time for this tour is between 8:30 am – 9:00 am depending on hotel location. Our driver will come to pick you up at the hotel by jeep and drive you to the tour start point (Konakli). You can take any place you like on the upper or lower deck. Around 09:15 the bus leaves from Konakli area and drives up to the Taurus mountains. You will stop at a scenic spot to enjoy the charming view over Alanya. The whole city will appear before you at a glance.

Then drive down to Cleopatra’s beach and Damlatas Cave. For an extra charge, you can visit this famous cave with amazing stalactites and stalagmites. Same time it will be possible to swim in the sea and relax on a beautiful Cleopatra’s beach. So you are recommended to take swimming suits with you. 

Then discover Alanya harbour, Red tower (symbol of the city) and drive up to the 13th-century Seljuk’s castle. Your tour guide will explain the history of the castle and Alanya city in general. Then you can walk around on your own and make great panoramic photos. From atop of the castle you can see the amazingly beautiful coastline of Alanya. Then continue your journey and drive a little bit far from the city. You will see the typical village houses and get an idea of how the local people live. You will drive through banana, lemon and orange gardens and in a short time arrive at a fascinating place – Dim Cay River. 

To have lunch at a restaurant there is a must-do thing while you are on holiday in Alanya. You will sit in a floating table on the ice-cold water and enjoy your meal which is included. You are recommended to taste grilled fish or chicken grill if you prefer. Refresh yourself by swimming in the river with really cold water. Well-fed and relaxed you will continue the trip and stop nearby Dam on the Dim Cay River. Then is the time to drive back to the city. The tour finishes around 4:30 pm. You will be dropped off back at the hotel directly by bus or by jeep.
