Explore corners of Buenos Aires and learn about the history behind the buildings and monuments. Equipped with a bike, helmet, lock, map and bottle of water, we visit places inaccessible to cars through picturesque cobbled streets. Pedalling up to one of the wealthiest neighbourhoods in the city, Puerto Madero, and enjoy incredible views over the river. By following the coastline we access the Retiro, another pleasant and bustling neighbourhood with several attractions such as the General San Martin Plaza, the Monumental Tower and the train station.
Just a few blocks away is Recoleta, an important historical and architectural focal point known for its cemetery, a work of art in itself. Admire the uniqueness of this building before heading to Palermo, a little further north, where we dive deeper into the most famous green area of the city, the Palermo Woods, full of trees and lakes. Before the end of the tour we explore the central district of Montserrat, home to the iconic Plaza de Mayo.
