Get ready to discover the origins of the city with a bike tour through traditional streets, and past houses and landmarks. Capture the essence of the most important districts in the south and get to know two of the city’s great passions: tango and football. During the tour you visit a fantastic green area, Ecological Reserve, and several districts: San Telmo, La Boca, Puerto Madero and Montserrat.
Meet your guide in the central district of San Telmo where you are given all the necessary equipment to start your exciting journey: a comfortable bike, helmet, lock, map and a bottle of water. After a brief explanation, it’s time to start pedalling!
Discover gems in the smallest neighbourhood such as Plaza Dorrego, one of the most beautiful pedestrian streets in the city, and listen to the rhythms of tango in played on the streets. From here, head to La Boca, a must-see for its colourful streets as well as being home to the famous Boca Juniors Stadium, "La Bombonera". Be captivated in the "Caminito", a pedestrian street now an outdoor museum where numerous artists exhibit their works.
Continue your tour to one of the most modern neighbourhoods, Puerto Madero. Its high-rise buildings and green spaces offer fantastic views of the city and the Rio de La Plata. From here, you can access the Costanera Sur Ecological Reserve, an area of 350 hectares with a variety of flora and fauna. Before the end of the tour, explore the central district of Montserrat, home to the iconic Plaza de Mayo.
