Overview
Enjoy a visit to the wonderful Jungfraujoch on this unforgettable tour which takes you to the top of Europe! A short coach journey brings you to the mountain resort of Grindelwald where you board the cogwheel train for a spectacular ride up to Jungfraujoch. Stunning views of the world-famous triple peaks of Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau accompany you on the way. If you reach out your hand it almost seems possible that the imposing Eiger North Face is within grasp!
Once you reach the summit, the high alpine wonderland of eternal ice, snow and rock await. The place also marks the 100-year anniversary of the Jungfrau Railway. Included in the tour is a visit the Sphinx Observation Terrace and Plateau where you should keep your cameras ready to capture breathtaking panoramic views of snow-capped peaks! Squint to see the neighbouring countries and Europe’s longest glacier, the Aletsch Glacier.
Also included is a scenic ride in a state-of-the-art gondola Elger Express from Grindelwald to the Eiger Glacier station.
Don't forget to stroll through the tunnels of the Ice Palace located in the heart of the glacier – a once in a lifetime experience not to be missed! Restaurants are available for meals and refreshments. The descent passes car-free holiday destination Wengen and takes you to Lauterbrunnen, where the coach awaits you to bring you back to Interlaken.

We kindly ask you to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the tour start and wait at our meeting point at the Out-door Interlaken Shop. In case it is closed, we kindly ask you to wait in front of the shop. Our guide will meet you there.
For tricable gondola ride and cogwheel train ride, routing and means of transport may have to be amended
during maintenance work and depending on seasonal
schedules without prior notice. A minimum stay of 2 hours on
the top of Jungfraujoch is always guaranteed.
From 1st April 2025 (start of the new season), the Mandarin guide service will no longer be available.
