Enjoy a sightseeing tour of one of Poland’s important pilgrimage destinations - the Kalwaria Zebrzydowska. This UNESCO World Heritage site comprises of a monastery complex of the Franciscans-Bernardines. This exceptional cultural monument set against the backdrop of natural scenery has attracted thousands of pilgrims from the very beginning.
During this trip, visit the monastery complex with the early baroque church and dozens of chapels spread around in a beautiful countryside scenery as well as Wadowice, the birthplace of Pope John Paul II.
You will be picked up from your hotel in Krakow at a convenient time chosen by you. Accompanied by an English-speaking guide, you will be taken in a private vehicle on a guided tour of Kalwaria Zebrzydowska and Wadowice.
• Proceed towards the monastery complex of Kalwaria Zebrzydowska.
• Admire the 17th-century Baroque church of the Angelic Mother of God and the dozens of chapels spread around in the beautiful countryside scenery.
• Visit Wadowice, the birthplace of Pope John Paul II birthplace.
At the end of the tour you will return to your hotel in Krakow.
