Welcome to a Sake tour, where 400 years of brewing has just about perfected the art of this most sociable of drinks. From the traditional to the modern, you’ll soon get a sense of the areas brewing tradition. Yes, you are going to taste some, but before you do, make sure to grasp the complexities and history of the brewing process. There’s a museum visit for that. Along with the lunch provided, you’ll get your chance to taste the different varieties. And if you like one, well there’s always time for a little shop visit and some souvenirs. There’s only 80 or more to choose from! For sake’s sake, drink and enjoy.
