Buses operate from 9am to 9pm, every 90 minutes (depending on the route)
You may end the tour at any of the stops
Voucher Information: Please present a paper version of your booking voucher for this activity (showing your voucher on a smartphone is not accepted).
Upon arrival at the redemption location, please present your reservation voucher and valid photo ID in exchange for your actual ticket. A bracelet and a ticket will be given to you as your entrance ticket, please do not take off your bracelet. Every time you board the bus, you must present your bracelet and ticket to the bus driver.
Smoking is not permitted on the bus.
We suggest you wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Please bring a hat, sunglasses, and a bottle of water.
Merida is a functioning city and weather, traffic, and events may occasionally cause disruption.
Timings and stops are subject to change. The updated map will be available on the bus.
