Itinerary

Hop aboard your comfortable air conditioned coach and head to the Shaanxi History Museum for an in depth understanding of China’s cultural and historical roots. Walk in the footsteps of Emperor Qing and experience the moment in time when Xi’An rose to greatness and became the protector of the wealth that came from the Silk Road.

After a comprehensive historical overview at the museum, you’ll travel to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, a symbol of the city. Built in the Tang Dynasty, the square pyramid stands 60 meters high and seven-stories tall.

Head next to the oldest existing Chinese city wall - the 25.7km long Ancient City Wall in Xi’an that was constructed during the Ming Dynasty. Stroll past the new wall built by the Dynasty that stretches 12km in order to protect a much smaller city within.

Before you head to the final attraction on the tour, stop for a delicious lunch break and tuck into a traditional Chinese style meal. Thereafter, head to the Great Mosque, a magnificent Muslim sanctuary built in traditional Chinese Style during the Tang Dynasty. The tour comes to a close as you journey back to your hotel in a comfortable coach.
