Head out on a thrilling outback offroading experience, taking you to the mesmerising Palm Valley. Driving through the Central Australian landscape in a custom-designed 4WD vehicle, this tour will take you places that are otherwise quite difficult for people to reach. Taking you down the very edge of the Finke River and into the amazing Palm Valley, this is a great opportunity to witness the region's cultural sights, including a visit to Hermannsburg Historic Precinct to meet the local Aboriginal community, Arrernte, who call this region ‘Ntaria’.

Meet the local Aboriginal community at Hermannsburg, the birthplace of artist Albert Namatjira. We’ll also explore the amazing artworks at the gallery and historic buildings in the compound.
Visit the stunning oasis of Palm Valley, and spot the towering red cabbage palms.
Arriving at the magnificent group of red sandstone formations making a natural Amphitheatre, also known as Kalaranga. Visit this dramatic landscape that lights up in inspiring shades, enhanced even more by the surreal glow of the sun - a sight that is quite hard to forget!
Savour a delicious picnic lunch amidst the wild charms of the Finke Gorge National Park, while being regaled with the fascinating details behind the park’s enormous cultural significance for the Arrernte people.
