We were very happy with our experience. It really helped us travel from The Palm into the city areas including The Dubai Mall. The upstairs air conditioned section was great to use. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

My only disappointment was that the embarkation points were not clearly indicated on the roads, and we were not sure of the frequency. Being very hot in Dubai at the time, a lot of these points were not sheltered.
