Customers with a Paper voucher should go to Stop 1 and 24 to redeem their vouchers. E- vouchers can be redeemed at any of the stops.

Children policy:
One child travel for free with every paying adult. This means you only need to add a child ticket(s) to your cart if more than one child is hopping on the tour per adult. You will get your Free Child ticket when you present your adult ticket to the Big Bus tour staff at your preferred boarding point.
