Discover both old and present-day Jakarta on this action-packed tour. The tour is ideal for travelers curious about the city’s story, culture, history, traditions, people, and attractions.
Visit Sunda Kelapa Port – a 500-year-old harbor which was built during the Hindu Kingdom of Pajajaran, or Pasundan covering West Java including current Banten province, and a vital commercial link to the rest of the world.
Head to the National Museum, where the historically relevant relics and remnants are present, including old maps, antiques, and Chinese porcelains. Discover the Old Batavia City with its building from the Dutch colonization of Indonesia.
You can have lunch at any restaurant of your choice at your own expense (will have to be arranged). A drive past Glodok – the first China town in Indonesia, Presidential Palace, National Monuments, and the cathedral, can be arranged at the preference of the guests. (The Sequence of the tour will be based on the traffic conditions and the guide’s judgment).
Attractions on the itinerary are Jakarta Metropolitan, Sunda Kelapa, Hindu Kingdom of Pajajaran or Pansundan covering West Java, National Museum, and National Monument.
