Discover Banyumulek, a charming pottery village in Lombok. In this village we can see the direct manufacture of pottery. Pottery-making has been carried down from generation to generation in this village. You can watch the fascinating process and buy some colorful potteries for home decoration as well.

Next, visit Sukarara Village located in Sukarara Jonggat District. Known as one of the traditional craft of weaving centers, most of the women here work as weavers. Admire the brightly patterned songket, ikat and sarong cloth.

Time to head to Sade Village, the best place to see traditional houses, made from wood with bamboo walls and thatched roofs. The people of Sade are mostly farmers. You are sure to be fascinated by the tenacity of the local women weaving songket to make fabric. If you want to shop for souvenirs to take back home, the Sasak tribe has much to offer.
