You will be picked up from the pick-up point at the scheduled time in the afternoon and driven to Mt Conner, located on a privately owned cattle station called Curtin Springs station. Mt Conner is located roughly 100 kms east of Uluru and the drive from Uluru Resort in a 4WD vehicle across the central Australian desert takes less than an hour. You can also spot Aussie wildlife like red kangaroos, dingoes and wallabies on the way.
Learn about the European history of the region from your knowledgeable guide and drive past an inland salt lake. The cattle station is also the perfect natural habitat for red kangaroos and a vast array of birds and reptiles of the Red Centre. Watch the sun set over Mt Conner as you sip on a glass of sparkling wine.
As darkness descends, return to Curtin Springs Station for a delicious three-course outback dinner. After the dinner, you will be driven back to Uluru Resort.
