The date you choose is for the attraction ticket. The hop-on, hop-off ticket is valid for 12 months.

Individual vouchers for each activity will be shared with customers within 24 hours of booking.

Most of the facilities, except the Spirit of London ride, are wheelchair accessible. For safety reasons, only three wheelchair users can be in the building at any one time.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Tour stops and timings are subject to change. Updated timetable and map will be available on the bus.

The cruise is operated by Hornblower - City Cruises. How to do the cruise? Cruise tickets will be issued when you exchange your voucher on the bus so you must visit the bus in the first instance. Please note that the cruise is offered as strictly subject to availability.

stop 14 will be closed until further notice, for safety reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Stop 4 (Bank) and Stop 10 (Horseferry Rd) are closed until further notice.

Stop 11 (Buckingham Palace) is closed every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:00 - 12:00 due to the Changing of the Guards.

Due to ongoing roadworks in the Euston Station area, Stops 43, 44, 45, 46 and 47 are unavailable until further notice. The nearest alternative pick-up point is Stop 49 (City Sightseeing London Shop) Southampton Row.
