Welcome to Genoa, the hilly capital of Liguria. Here you will find stunning palaces coexisting alongside tall, brightly coloured houses all contained within ancient, crumbling city walls. Genoa is known as the birthplace of explorer Christopher Columbus as well as known for its delicious seafood, in Genoa you can immerse yourself in the old-world atmosphere that resides on the narrow alleyways lined with artistic buildings.
On this hop on hop off tour, you are free to create your own sightseeing itinerary. You can hop on at any of Genoa’s stops and hop off whenever you want to visit one of the attractions. Your ticket allows you unlimited use, meaning you can hop-on and hop-off as many times as you like at any of the designated stops. Audio commentary is provided in an array of languages.

You may hop on and hop off at any of the above mentioned stops at your convenience and then hop back again when the next bus comes along.

Due to unforeseen street works, from September 9th to October 6th, on weekdays only, Coastline Route will be affected by some significant changes:
Stops “Portello – Spianata Castelletto”, and “Principe” will be cancelled and served only by the Historical Route.

There were two routes to see. Easy to locate the stops. It was raining. It would have been nice if they would wipe the wet seats down, but it really wasn't that bad. We enjoyed the many sites.
