Important Information

Voucher Information: Show your voucher on your smartphone or other device (if you'd rather print a copy - that's fine too!)

Please redeem your tickets at City Sightseeing Rome Vatican visitor's centre. During the voucher exchange at our Vatican Visitor Center we will inform you of the entry time we have reserved for you for the Colosseum and Vatican Museums. We book you one entrance on the afternoon of the 1st day and the other entrance for the 2nd day.

To access the Colosseum it is MANDATORY to provide the name of each individual person with a ticket, therefore, once the order has been confirmed, you will be contacted by our staff to request the names.

For safety reasons it is strictly forbidden to bring luggages, big backpacks or bulky baggages on board the City Sightseeing buses.

Please carry your passport or any other identity proof along with your ticket.

Vatican Museums follow a strict dress code. Shoulders and knees must be covered for all visitors.
