It is compulsory to provide the first and last name of every passenger on every booking. Please email the first and last name of every passenger to support@isango.com once you have made the booking. Customers without a valid ID card or with a name not matching the ticket will be refused the entrance. It will not be possible to change the name on a ticket once it is purchased.
Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the departure time. Latecomers will not be accommodated.
Security Measures: There will be airport-style security checks. All visitors and their small-medium sized bags will be screened. Bottles, glasses containers, alcoholic beverages, aerosols, large bags, or sharp items are forbidden. Please carry your valid ID/passport.
