We will share the exact location of the Cesarina’s house once you have booked the tour.
A complete culinary journey, right from purchasing ingredients to preparing them for a meal, this private dining experience at a Cesarina’s home in Rome is the perfect opportunity to experience the spellbinding flavours of Italian cuisine.
Kickstarting with a visit to a local market, you will get to check out traditional food shops and native ingredients as well as produce, besides tasting a slice of the local life. Once you’re back at the Cesarina’s home, you will be regaled with a brilliant demonstration of how your entire meal is prepared - also, giving you an insight into their home-cooking styles as well as a chance for you to pick up some cool tips and techniques. The meal (you can choose from a lunch or dinner) comprises a 4-course menu, that includes a starter, pasta, a main course with a side dish and a dessert, paired with some good ol’ Italian coffee and delicious local wines from Lazio.
Combining the magic of authentic Roman family recipes handed down over generations, the infectious warmth of Italian hospitality and the intimate engagement of having a maximum of 6 people per group, this is truly a one-of-a-kind experience for everyone who wants to sample the Italian life!
