Informative and Fun
Our guide was knowledgeable, pleasant, and great answering questions. Her English was very good and her accent did not get in the way of our understanding her. Her pace was good, and the tour very much enhanced our experience at the Alhambra. The microphone/wireless headsets didn't work very well, however. Sometimes she would fade out or her transmission would break up, and other times, we'd hear another guide, evidently broadcasting on the same (or nearby) channel. Given the size of the tour group (which wasn't huge, but meant you weren't always in earshot of the guide, especially while walking), that meant we missed a not insignificant portion of what she had to say. That's the only glitch in an otherwise memorable tour.

A really good overview
The tour was a great way to see 3 must-see sites in one day. It was very good value for money. I would not have been able to visit all three places on my own in one day and at the same price. As the places we visited were quite spread out we spent quite a bit of time on the bus. This was ok, though, as our guide spent much of the time telling us interesting things about the places we passed/visited. He was fantastic, very knowledgable and helpful.
